Before I trained as a Somatic Experiencing® Therapist, I spent fifteen years in high-pressure business strategy. I felt everything in every room. I absorbed the urgency, the politics, the unspoken dynamics of every stakeholder I sat across from, and I had no framework that told me my body was a reliable source of truth, let alone a system I needed to protect.

We look at how you FEEL with growth, your pricing, your capacity, your boundaries with staff and clients, and the decisions you have been making from urgency, overextension, or fear of losing the client. We align your business with your energy so that growth feels sustainable and your work continues to expand in a way that FEELS easy.
This is not business coaching layered on top of healing work. The healing work and the business work are the same thing. With this work, the right decisions become obvious. When your nervous system is regulated, you stop undercharging, overdelivering, and deferring.

Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled. Book a consult to make sure we are a good fit and get all your questions answered.
What are your policies?
We will look at your energy field, protection, and boundaries. You will learn tools to access your intuition and we will clear any trauma and blocks in your energy and nervous system.
What's it like?
All sessions are held online via Zoom from anywhere in the world. Sessions are weekly and can be booked using a custom link that will be sent to you.
How are sessions held?
Six months. Twenty sessions that can be booked Weekly, biweekly, or two in a week when you need extra support.
Voice and text touchpoints between sessions for when something surfaces mid-week.
A monthly group call with other coaches, healers, and practitioners. Peer mentorship. Real conversations about difficult client dynamics, energetic hygiene, and what it means to do this work sustainably.
I work with practitioners who are committed to their own growth and ready to let that become the center of the work.
