I did not plan to become a healer.

I planned to stay in the corporate world, build startups, and be useful in the way I had been trained to be useful. I helped scale a company to a $500 million exit. I managed international implementations across healthcare and fintech. I built systems, led teams, and delivered results.

And I was exhausted. Not from the work. From the quiet persistent sense that I was building everyone else's vision while my own sat waiting.

That longing eventually cracked me open.

THE TURNING POINT

At 30, my body stopped cooperating.

Years of performing in masculine corporate environments, pushing through, delivering, achieving, had cost me something I could not name yet. A PCOS diagnosis. Chronic hormone dysregulation. A nervous system so perpetually activated that high alert had become my normal.

Underneath the burnout was something older. Attachment trauma from early childhood. A C-PTSD diagnosis that finally gave language to what my body had been signalling for decades.

I had done the therapy. I understood my patterns. And something was still running underneath all of it that I could not think my way out of.

The moment I learned to drop out of my head and into my body everything changed. My body had been holding the answers all along.

That was the moment I stopped performing and started listening. To my nervous system. To my intuition. To the feminine intelligence I had spent years overriding in order to survive in rooms that were not built for me.
That journey became this work.
