I spent years feeling everything in every room with no container for it. I overrode my own knowing because I was taught my sensitivity was a liability.
Today, I know that sensitivity is the portal, but only when it is anchored in a regulated nervous system and a sovereign field.
As a Somatic Experiencing® Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work as a 'Midwife for the Soul.' My work is for the woman who is ready to stop performing healing and start embodying authority. My blood lineage is from a long line of Village Medicine Healer. My people were healers, and I carry this in my DNA in this lifetime.
I bring a decade of clinical experience and the science of nervous system regulation to help you unearth the version of yourself that no longer abandons your truth and embodies her full power.
